  • Final product … finally

    Way back, sometime around July of 2005, I did some illustrations for the Australian Red Cross. They were making an educational resource booklet for their H.O.P.E , (Heroin Overdose Prevention Education), program. Well, it has finally been printed, and I now have a copy. Here are some pics… click for a larger view.

    Also, I have added Sixty 40′s Motoalert title movie to a previous blog, check it out …. GO!

  • Trailer art

    The Waste wise campaign run by Wollongong council is still going after six years, (I think!) the latest addition being a trailer that will be used at markets/festivals etc to promote recycling. Wil.B.Wise (my creation) is plastered on all four sides of the trailer, (thanks to Robyn Moodie and the print staff)….

  • Motoalert and Anime

    I managed to bug the guys over at Sixty40, (Thanks Matt and Mark!), to give me a copy of the Motoalert titles. For this job I supplied several animated elements.

    Also in an attempt to fill out my portfolio, I tried my hand at Anime. This image is not strictly the traditional style, but more of the modern Manga influenced Anime.

  • Sixty40 forgotten jobs

     During a break from yard work this afternoon, I found my wife watching the beach cricket on channel ten. Now I’m not a sports fan, but I found myself watching, not the game, but the graphics. One of the first jobs I did for Sixty40,  http://www.sixty40.com , was an animated logo for the beach cricket. I had totally forgotten about it! Here is the logo,

    I went back to Sixty40′s site and found another forgotten job. MTV Motoalert is a show highlighting the weeks’ hottest artists on MTV. Sixty40 did the titles and web site design. I animated several aspects of the opening titles, including a spray painted rat, octopus and a masked wrestler. I also animated a winged spray can. Here are some pics,

  • Mal Webb

    Had my second face to face, (much of my work is done via phone and internet so I don’t get to actually see people often), meeting with the brilliant Mal Webb today. Mal is a talented musician / entertainer. You can find out about more of Mal here;
